Barbara A. Collins is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience as a manager and department head in both government and private organizations. She has more than 30 years of expertise in organization and leadership development, strategic planning, and facilitation, serving as both an internal and external consultant. Ms. Collins brings proven leadership and management experience, including program development, effective performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, personnel management, and finance.

Ms. Collins is a former Global Partner at the Haines Centre for Strategic Management, now known as The Systems Thinking Approach®. She has been a contributing member of the Association for Training and Development, the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network, and the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network. Additionally, she has served as President and board member of both the Juvenile Justice Trainers Association and the International Association of Correctional Training Personnel.
