Ken launched his leadership career working in Philadelphia where he worked for IBM and Comcast Corp. It was within this space that he began his ascent into mid-level leadership learning business operations directing call center for these distinguished corporations. With an insatiable appetite to advance in the leadership sector, he fulfilled his promise and potential,  learning the remarkable powers and importance of service, and influence. 

With his eyes on the prize of becoming a senior executive leader in the corporate sector, he made a strategic move into the Human Resources space. This move opened pathways for him to truly embrace his journey, drawing on his passion, altruism and determination to give back. This new journey opened tremendous opportunity for Ken working for Coca-Cola and Flagship Facility Services. As he advanced into senior levels of leadership within Human Resources, he marvelously cultivated and utilized his passion for philosophy and service, with his work experience, to launch The Flamer Group, LLC. This new opportunity opened a spectrum of invitations for his consulting business to address all Human Resources, and Operation’s needs, in addition to lecturing and building architectural excellence within the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging space.

Ken is husband to the wonderfully supportive and dynamic Iris Hines-Flamer, and father to two high-achieving children who both graduated from Ivy League institutions. He has made an indelible impact in the lives of family, friends, and all who know him. He exemplifies the very essence of servant leadership.
