Peter LaChance is a seasoned management consultant, coach, facilitator, and speaker with a rich background as a senior executive across diverse industries. His career has spanned roles in engineering, sales, finance, administration, and organizational development, allowing him to deeply understand the challenges his clients face. In 2000, after six successful years leading the North American arm of an international engineering consulting firm, Peter founded The Quintessence Corporation. Through his company, Peter advises organizations on improving financial and operational performance by changing behaviors and processes to drive sustainable and healthy growth.
A sought-after speaker and coach, Peter’s expertise covers a wide range of topics, including leadership, behavior and culture change, talent and performance management, process improvement, bench strength, succession planning, ownership transition, and selecting the right people for the right work. His extensive experience includes leading the cultural transformation of a community hospital as VP-HR and Chief Learning Officer, resulting in a 30% increase in net profit by shifting the organization from a static to a proactive culture.
