Sheree Ellison is a dynamic educational consultant with over 20 years of experience driving systemic change and improving student outcomes in the School District of Philadelphia. As a leader in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) since 2021, Sheree has spearheaded district-wide initiatives, from developing Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention frameworks to implementing data-driven decision-making processes that align with district goals. She has a proven track record of building capacity in school leadership teams and educators through comprehensive training programs, coaching, and the creation of customized support tools. Her expertise has been instrumental in guiding schools to achieve measurable success while overseeing a $20M contract to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Sheree’s extensive background also includes leading instructional reform, where she co-developed a highly successful virtual credit recovery program that resulted in a 95% graduation rate. She is known for designing culturally responsive, standards-aligned curriculum materials, and for using performance data to tailor interventions that close achievement gaps. Her work with professional development has empowered hundreds of teachers, fostering more effective and inclusive instructional practices.

With experience ranging from classroom teaching to high-level instructional leadership, Sheree brings a holistic approach to educational improvement. Her ability to improve academic performance and reduce behavioral issues has made her a sought-after expert in MTSS, culturally responsive teaching, and instructional design. Sheree has presented at national conferences and co-led district-wide curriculum redesign initiatives, always with a focus on long-term sustainability and school improvement.

Sheree holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Cabrini University and a Master’s in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph’s University. She is certified in Pennsylvania as an Administrative Level I professional (Grades PK-12) and holds a Pennsylvania Teacher’s Certificate Level II (Grades K-6). As a consultant, Sheree is ready to partner with districts to build the infrastructure, tools, and leadership needed to elevate student achievement and support school-wide success.
